Summer Mileage begins being counted on Sunday May 21st. Everyone who meets the requirement for their summer mileage tier and attends 70% of summer team runs will get a summer mileage shirt. Tier 1 200 Miles >> Tier 2 300 Miles Tier 3 350 Miles >> Tier 4 400+ Miles Runners are expected to log miles daily. NOTE: If your daily runs are not logged by Sunday of each week, you will NOT get credit for that week! 1. Go to strava.com 2. Click join for free, can join through facebook, google, or email 3. Fill out desired information about you. Only the * are required. Make sure to use your actual name not something creative so when you ask to join we know who you are. 4. Once your account is ready go to Explore at the stop and go down the list to Clubs 5. Search in clubs for Mountain View Bears XC
Once accepted everyone's name will be under members and on the leader board. You can see how others are doing and keep up with your own mileage. To enter in workouts use the + symbol at the top right. |
